New Moon-June 18,2023

This New Moon is a challenging one. The Sun and Moon at 26 degrees of Gemini have just one major aspect and that is an inconjunct to Pluto, the planet of death and rebirth. Pluto brings psychological transformation but not without going into our dark inner realms. This is the crux of what this time is all about especially if we are born in the last few days of Gemini.

The planet Pluto is in a positive trine aspect to Uranus indicating that being open to unexpected events can aid us at this time-not to be glued to having everything run smoothly. There are some other positive aspects such as a sextile aspect between Mercury, the planet of communication in the sign of Gemini which it rules and Venus the planet of relationships and creativity in the sign of Leo which shows a lot of joy performing or communicating in front of an audience. It is intensified by a conjunction with Mars.This is particularly relevant for people born under the sign of Leo as they generally like to communicate in front of an audience. Mercury is also in a difficult square aspect with Saturn showing that one needs to be organized and cautious in communication or it might backfire and cause us some problems. Saturn is in a positive sextile aspect to Jupiter indicating that with organization and structure one can have positive results.

As usual, I have done the chart for Washington, D,C. and Pisces is on the ascendant along with Saturn which may indicate President Biden showing compassion, organization and generosity but he could get in some trouble if he isn’t totally organized when he’s giving a speech. At any rate, he probably will get plenty of backlash with Mercury Square the ascendant, but that is no surprise.
