About Susan

I earned my B.A. degree in Psychology from New York University and later got a Master’s Degree in social work also from N.Y.U. I trained as a Psychotherapist with Ilana Rubenfeld and am a certified Rubenfeld Synergist and practiced as a Psychotherapist for a number of years.

In the late 70’s I began studying Astrology after have an interpretation of my own chart which changed my life at a critical time of transition. I began doing some chart interpretations for friends and then for clients in 1980 and found it to be a valuable adjunct to Psychotherapy. This was the beginning of an amazing journey.

I have a psychological and spiritual orientation in my approach to chart readings. It helps my clients gain a broader and deeper perspective on their strengths and weaknesses and a better sense of what the next step in their life’s journey is.

I am certified by the Organization for Professional Astrology-OPA (link to the OPA web site) and by the International Society for Astrological Research-ISAR (link to ISAR web site)

I’m based in NYC and Woodstock, NY, loving both culture and nature.
