Full Moon-Lunar Eclipse-May 16,2022
This Lunar Eclipse happened early Monday morning in the eastern United States so I’m getting it posted more than a day late but Lunar Eclipses impact us for as much as 6 months. I’m also short on time so this will be a short summary.
It’s a very intense Full Moon as the Sun and Moon are right next to the Lunar Nodes which amplifies the energy. The dynamic here is between earthy Taurus and intense, psychological Scorpio. It’s a time we can enjoy the beauty of nature-the blossoming of the trees and planting of our gardens and warmer weather after winter in the north. However, it’s also a time when we may be drawn into a dark night of the soul confronting some of our deep psychological issues. It’s important to maintain a balance and be willing to experience some painful feelings at the same time appreciating physical beauty all around us. Experiencing our own pain can open our compassion for others as shown by the positive aspect to Jupiter and Neptune in Pisces.
The Square from Saturn reminds us that we need to be organized and disciplined in our work and also our emotional life and not just spew out our feelings which could alienate others and cause problems with family and friends. It’s a balancing act and important to remember that the challenges help us to evolve.
