New Moon-Jan.11,2024
This is the 1st New Moon of 2024 and it seems that we can expect some unexpected positive occurrences with the positive Trine aspect with the Sun and Moon in Capricorn, the most grounded and disciplined sign of the zodiac and Uranus the planet of unexpected events in Taurus another grounded earth sign. Taurus is associated with nature, sensuality, and physical pleasure. Hopefully we will be pleasantly surprised by some of these things happening.
Saturn, the planet that rules Capricorn is in a positive Sextile aspect with Mercury, the communicator and Jupiter, the planet signifying expensiveness and good fortune.
So, hopefully a lot of positive experiences will greet us in this New Year.
There are a couple of challenging aspects. The Sun and Moon in Capricorn are in a T-Square aspect with the Lunar Nodes in Libra, the sign connected to relationships and Aries, the sign signifying achievement. I think this indicates that if we become too rigid it can interfere with some relationships and with achieving some of our goals.
The other challenging aspect is an Inconjunct between Venus, the planet associated with relationships and Uranus associated with the unexpected. Venus is in adventurous, risk-taking Sagittarius so if one is too wildly risk taking it could bring unexpected damage to one’s relationships.
I have done the chart as usual for Washington, D.C. I imagine this indicates some unexpected achievements for the government and that Biden will make some strong connections and communications with other countries. However, there will also be challenges-probably from Republicans in the government.
